The mission of the Pediatric Residency Program at Marshall University School of Medicine is to provide a high quality postgraduate training program to foster a skilled physician workforce to meet the unique needs of West Virginia and Central Appalachia and to promote excellence in academic scholarship that prepares trainees for autonomous practice.
